Project of a two-storey house with a basement for construction on a plot with a slope.

The house project is designed for construction on a plot that has a pronounced slope. The width of the house is 11.78 m, the length is 9.92 m. The entrance is located at the upper border of the site. Based on this, the entrance to the house is designed on the top floor, which is conventionally called the first. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with an area of 6.3 m3, which provides a place for installing a spacious wardrobe for outerwear. On the left, behind a partition, there is a 9.6 m2 kitchen. The kitchen is combined with a living room of 28.9 m2. The living room has a fireplace. The living room provides access to the loggia.

To the right of the entrance hall is the spacious master bedroom of 21.8 m2. A bathroom and a staircase to the basement are designed next to the bedroom. In the basement there are two bedrooms with an area of about 20 m2, a bathroom, a dressing room and a boiler room. In the spacious boiler room, it is possible to install a gas or electric boiler simultaneously with a solid fuel boiler. There is an exit to the site from the boiler room. Exit through a spacious corridor that is supposed to be used for storing tools and household equipment.

Height from floor to ceiling of the first floor - 3 m, basement - 2.77 m.
