One-story houses from Ukrainian architect Oleksiy Biryukovich Gerda 6 (155 м²)

The "Gerda 6" project is a well-thought-out one-story house that combines comfortable and isolated privacy (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) with a large common space (43.6 m2 kitchen-living room). Its constructive solution with a flat roof makes it economically advantageous in construction and promising in terms of energy efficiency (thanks to the possibility of installing solar panels).  

The absence of an attic and a complex sloping system significantly makes the construction process cheaper and reduces the amount of necessary building materials and work.

The geometric, laconic facade with a flat roof and accented color inserts  emphasizes the modern architectural style.
