Project of a classic two-storey house with a five-bedroom terrace and a fireplace.
The project envisages that the base of the strip foundations will be fine sand, medium density, low and medium degree of water saturation. The groundwater level is at a depth of 2.7 m. The standard freezing depth is 1 m. The level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken as a relative elevation of 0.000. Monolithic concrete strip foundations. Foundation walls made of concrete blocks.
The floor of the first floor is to be made on a slab of monolithic concrete reinforced with a steel mesh 150x 150mm. The horizontal waterproofing under the walls and floor should be made of a polymer-bitumen membrane. Insulate the floor with 200 mm extruded polystyrene foam. On top of the expanded polystyrene, fill in a reinforced cement-sand screed with a thickness of 50 mm.
The outer walls of the house are made of 375mm thick aerated concrete blocks. Cover the outer surface of the walls with insulation according to the calculation and plaster on a glass mesh. Internal walls of the house, 380mm thick, are made of solid clay bricks. Partitions on the first and second floors are designed from 100 mm thick aerated concrete blocks.
Ceilings of the first and second floors are reinforced concrete panels. The overlaps of the second floor must be insulated with foam or basalt wool 350 mm thick. It is advisable to lay the foam plates on a layer of liquid cement-sand mortar with which to level the floor slabs. Glue the foam plates together. Wooden rafters, roofing - bituminous tiles. The use of metal tiles is possible.
A sufficiently large boiler room makes it possible to place a solid fuel boiler, a gas boiler or electrical appliances. In the case of a high cost of connecting gas, it makes sense to consider the option of heating with a heat pump. The heat pump has the highest efficiency of converting electrical energy into heat. Consuming 1 kW. The heat pump produces electrical energy from 4 to 5 kW. thermal energy. You can find out more about the heat pump on our website in the section "Engineering systems" or by calling our specialist in engineering systems.
The basic design provides that ventilation from the boiler room, kitchen and bathrooms is natural with the use of ventilation ducts and windows. For this project, a draft of a forced ventilation system was developed using ventilation equipment and ducts located under the ceiling. The supply and exhaust ventilation project is not included in the basic package and can be ordered additionally. In the "Artem 5" project it is planned to use a well for water supply of the house. If necessary, the house can be connected to the city water supply.
Sewerage - using local treatment facilities or a septic tank.
Exterior decoration of the house - decorative plaster or painting. If you need a project of a two-storey house with four bedrooms and a terrace of about 163 m2, pay attention to the project "Diana". This project can be viewed here
