Passive House Project. Ustin = 0,122 (W / m2 * K), Uplitz = 0.098 (W / m2 * K), Uplands = 0.12 (W / m2 * K), Uvicon = 0.86 (W / m2 * K). Heating - electric boiler 2 * 3 kW, warm floors, boiler. The southern orientation of the facade allowed the maximum use of passive solar energy. On each floor there are two two-bedroom apartments. The project is based on the need to carry out the reconstruction of a part of the house for the living of two families. The house is built and located in Kiev.

Materials of walls in this project can be easily changed to ceramic blocks or brick with insulation.
