Project of a two-storey house 10 x 10 m with five bedrooms, a kitchen, a studio, a fireplace and a terrace.

"Lolita 2" is a project of an easy-to-use and easy-to-build house with an area of 156 m2. The dimensions of the house are 10 x 10 m. The house has a terrace of about 18 m2 and a large porch. The overall dimensions of the building with a terrace and a porch are 14.3 x 10 m.The first floor has an area of 75.6 m2 and consists of the following premises: vestibule - 2.2 m2, boiler room - 2.8 m2, entrance hall - 6.2 m2, guest bedroom or office - 14.9 m2, small wardrobe -1.4m2, bathroom with shower - 4.7m2 and kitchen combined with a living room with a total area of 43.4 m2. The living room has an open staircase to the second floor. There is also a fireplace in the living room. A terrace with a fireplace is designed from the side of the kitchen.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms ranging from 13 to 16 m2 and a bathroom with an area of 5.3 m2. The large bedroom has a dressing room next to which there is a utility pantry. The height of the premises on the first floor is 2.72 m, the height of the premises on the second floor is 2.77 m.

The project provides that the soil under the construction site is homogeneous, not wet, not subsiding. Support pressure 1.5 kg / cm2. Monolithic reinforced concrete tape foundations. The floor of the first floor is based on a 100 mm thick monolithic concrete base, which is laid on a sand bed. For floor insulation, 200 mm thick foam is used.
