Project house of aerated concrete attic with a room on the first floor and a kitchen-living room

Project of a five-room mansard house. The building spot has dimensions of 13.8 x 11 m. A large covered terrace has been attached to the house, which can be accessed from the living room. The first floor consists of a kitchen connected to the living room, bedroom or office, bathroom, boiler room and storage room. If necessary, the kitchen can be separated from the living room wall. To reduce heat loss the entrance to the house through the vestibule. The second floor is traditionally an intimate zone. These are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a pantry or dressing room. The house is covered with a simple dual slope roof. With a favorable orientation on the roof it is possible to install photovoltaic solar panels. For heating it is envisaged to use both gas and electric boilers or heat pumps.
