House Regina 3 - 199 m2
The house is two-story. On the ground floor there is a bedroom or study, a kitchen combined with a living room, a combined bathroom, a boiler room and a staircase to the second floor. Under the stairs there is a pantry.
Entrance to the boiler room is provided from the vestibule. This is convenient when using a solid fuel boiler.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room. One of the bedrooms has an area of about 25 m2.
For heating the house provides the ability to use a heat pump. For information, using 1 kW of electricity, the heat pump allows you to get 4-5 kW of thermal energy. Using a heat pump significantly reduces heating costs.
Moreover, in the summer, the heat pump can be used to cool the room.
As a backup heat source, it is possible to install a solid fuel boiler or gas boiler.
Two-roof roof with a slope of 28 degrees. Great for installing solar panels.
A ventilation system project has also been developed for this project.
The constructive solution of the house with a longitudinal load-bearing wall. Overlapping the first and second floors of reinforced concrete panels.
Foundations - tape made of monolithic reinforced concrete.
With proper insulation and orientation to the cardinal points, this house can easily become passive. When using a roof for mounting solar photovoltaic panels, using a ventilation system with heat recovery, environmentally friendly materials for insulation, construction and decoration, the house can meet the Active House standard
With an increase in wall insulation to 400 mm,
Overlapping up to 550 mm, floor up to 300 mm and using window structures of the Passive House standard, the house becomes passive
To create an active house according to the Active House standard, read the Energy Efficiency section. Also note that the best investment when choosing solutions to increase the energy efficiency of a house is an investment in the thermal insulation characteristics of the house, and by the residual principle, in systems that ensure a healthy climate and further in the energy efficiency of the equipment itself.
