On the south facade of this house are large windows for passive solar heat in the winter. In summer, the windows are closed with passive sun protection which can be used as a balcony.

Four roof windows are located on the northern slope of the roof, which provide the necessary lighting in the offices and serve for natural ventilation during the off-season and at night.

On the southern slope of the roof is a solar power plant with a capacity of 12.5 kW

A 4 kW solar power station is located on a canopy above the terrace, and 9.2 kW can be placed on a car canopy.

Such a solar power plant can generate 24,300 kWh/year.

The walls of the house are made of SIP panels with Neopor 350 mm insulation. This degree of thermal insulation allows the house to meet the passive standard in the climatic zone of Kiev.
