The project of a mansard frame house with three bedrooms. The size of the house is 8.7 x 8.2 m. The house is two-storeyed. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom or study. The kitchen has access to the plot. The attic has three bedrooms, a pantry and a bathroom. The ceiling in the attic starts from a height of 1.7 m. The house is a wooden frame. The floor is wooden. The roof is gable. For heating it is planned to use a gas boiler which is located in the hall.
