Dimensions 9 x 9.5 m. The first floor has an area of 67 m2. The first floor consists of the following premises: vestibule - 2.5 m2, a fairly spacious boiler room - 4.6 m2, an entrance hall - 7.3 m2, a small bedroom for guests or an office - 7.3 m2, a bathroom with shower - 6.3 m2. In this project, the kitchen is combined with the living room and has a total area of 34.6 m2. There is a fireplace in the living room. There is an opportunity to arrange a utility pantry under the stairs in the hallway.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with an area from 12 to 16 m2, a bathroom with an area of 6.3 m2 and a dressing room. The height of the premises on the first floor is 2.8 m, the height of the premises on the second floor is 2.75 m. The foundations are designed for homogeneous, dry, non-collapsing soils. It is assumed that the design reference pressure is 1.5 kg / cm2. Monolithic reinforced concrete tape foundations. The floor of the first floor is made of 100 mm thick monolithic concrete, which is laid on a sand backfill. For floor insulation, 150 mm thick foam is used. Above is a reinforced cement-sand screed 50 mm.
Before starting construction, it is necessary to conduct geological surveys, and, if necessary, rework the foundation design based on the results obtained.
Outside walls are made of 375 mm thick aerated concrete blocks D 400, central wall is made of bricks. Partitions made of 100 mm aerated concrete blocks or bricks. For the manufacture of floors on the first and second floors, reinforced concrete slabs based on longitudinal walls were used. For thermal insulation of the second floor slab, it is planned to use rolled mineral wool with a thickness of 350 mm. The roof is hipped and has four slopes. The angle of inclination of the roof is 30 degrees. The rafters are wooden. Roofing metal or bituminous shingles.
For heating, you can use a solid fuel boiler, gas boiler or electrical appliances. They are intended to be installed in the boiler room. If electrical appliances are used for space heating, it is advisable to use a heat pump. This will significantly reduce heating costs and prevent the use of open flames.
Our architects can also develop an individual design project for facades and interiors. Qualified engineers, plumbing, electrical and ventilation specialists will develop individual projects for engineering sections: heating and sewerage, ventilation and power supply projects. Projects of engineering systems of your future home will greatly simplify construction and eliminate the appearance of errors.
