This is a working project of a small rational house with three bedrooms.

In front of the entrance to the house there is a large porch that can serve as a terrace. The kitchen window overlooks the terrace.

The entrance to the house is through the hall, which has large wardrobes. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor in the back of the house. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The house has two bathrooms. The kitchen with an area of 16.8 m2 serves as a living room. An electric boiler, boiler and filters for water purification will be installed under the stairs. There is a possibility of installing a gas boiler in the kitchen or hallway.

Strip foundations made of monolithic concrete. The house is located on a small slope with a high level of groundwater. Therefore, when re-applying this project, the foundation needs to be adjusted according to the results of geological investigations.

The walls of the house are made of building bricks with a thickness of 380 mm. 150 mm thick polystyrene foam is used for insulation. Exterior decoration — face brick Overlapping of the first floor — reinforced concrete panels, overlapping of the second — wooden. Roof — metal tile It is possible to replace it with bituminous tiles.
