A small two-storey house with three bedrooms. The size of the house is 10.2 x 7.8 m. On the ground floor there is a large vestibule with space for a wardrobe or shelves for preservation, on the left is a spacious utility room combined with a boiler room. Right from the vestibule we get into the hallway with a staircase to the second floor. On the right is the bedroom, behind it is the kitchen-dining room. Through the wall, next to the kitchen is a bathroom. The bathroom of the second floor is above the bathroom of the first. Such a solution made it possible to bring the ventilation channels from the kitchen and bathrooms into one pipe. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a closet and a bathroom. The house is covered with a double slope roof.
