The following premises are located on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a bathroom, a kitchen combined with a living room, a small bedroom and a staircase to the second floor. It is planned to place a utility pantry under the stairs. The kitchen has an exit to the terrace. The terrace is located along the house and measures 2.5 x 8.3 m. The living room has a smoke duct for connecting a fireplace. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with an area of 17.6, 15.6 and 10m2, a bathroom and a dressing room. This project of a two-story house is designed for a family of five to six people.
The foundation is tape monolithic reinforced concrete. The project stipulates that the base of the foundations is silty sand, medium density, low moisture. The freezing depth is 1.0 m. For a relative elevation of 0.000, take the level of the finished floor of the first floor. The design of the foundations must be changed according to the results of geological surveys at the construction site. In the case of disclosure at the depth of the foundations of bulk soils, they must be selected and replaced with sand, laid with layer-by-layer compaction. In order to prevent subsidence and cracking of the floor from under the house, be sure to remove the vegetation layer. Around the perimeter of the building, it is necessary to make a blind area 1.0 m wide.
It is proposed to make horizontal waterproofing under the walls and floor from a fused bitumen-polymer membrane or bitumen emulsion paste. The floor of the first floor should be made on a concrete base of 100 mm, and insulated with extruded polystyrene foam 100 mm. On top of the foam, arrange a reinforced cement-sand screed 50mm.
External walls are planned to be made of 400 mm thick aerated concrete blocks. The inner wall of the first floor should be made of bricks, the inner wall of the second floor should be made of 400 mm thick aerated concrete blocks. The partitions are designed from 100 mm thick aerated concrete blocks.
Ceilings of the first floor made of reinforced concrete panels. Overlapping the second floor with wooden beams. Along the top of the walls, in the places where the floor elements are supported as the first. So on the second floor, monolithic reinforced concrete belts are designed. Overlapping of the second floor must be insulated with rolled mineral wool with a total thickness of 350 mm. From the side of the room under the mineral wool, it is necessary to lay a vapor barrier made of polyethylene film. Wooden floor elements must be treated with antiseptic agents before use. Wooden beams are intended to be placed at a distance of 380 mm from the inner surface of the fireplace chimney.
Wooden rafters, roofing - metal. It is possible to use bituminous tiles or corrugated asbestos-cement sheets. Exterior wall decoration of the house using decorative plaster and painting.
The source of heat supply and hot water supply is electrical appliances. To reduce energy costs, it is possible to use a heat pump. If desired, you can also use a gas double-circuit boiler. It can be installed in the kitchen. If a gas boiler is used, the turbo flue is not needed.
Ventilation from the kitchen and bathrooms is natural with the use of ventilation ducts and windows.
Water supply at home is possible both from the water supply network and from the well. Introduce the water pipe into the house under the foundation, at a depth of at least 1.8 m. Insulate the water inlet into the house with a 100 mm foam layer.
