The house is compact. The size of the house in terms of 8.33 x 9.06 m. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-studio with an area of about 30m2, a small guest bedroom or grandmother (10 m2), an entrance hall, a bathroom.
The living room is designed fireplace. From the side of the kitchen-studio, a terrace is attached to the house.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms (two are about 14.5 m2 and one is 10m2), a bathroom and a wardrobe. For heating it is supposed to use a gas or electric boiler.
In the absence of gas, the use of a heat pump should be considered. It should be noted that today the heat pump is the most efficient device for heating. This is the only device that allows you to get 4-5 kW of heat by spending 1 kW of electricity.
The house has a longitudinal bearing wall on which reinforced concrete floor panels are supported. Duplex roofing, which allows you to install a sufficient number of solar photovoltaic panels.
