Проект каркасного дома - Буча

The main idea of this project is to get a small attic house with a total area of up to 150 m2 for a fairly large family of four to five people. This project has five bedrooms. Four bedrooms of various sizes are located on the second floor. The area of rooms is from 8 to 14 m2. If necessary, the smallest bedroom can be turned into a dressing room. Next to the bedrooms is a 6.4 m2 bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and bathtub or shower. The fifth bedroom of 10m2 is located on the ground floor by the vestibule. This room is supposed to be used as a bedroom for grandparents.

In addition to the bedroom, on the ground floor there is a kitchen combined with a living room. The area of this room is 24.5 m2. From the kitchen, a 3x5 m terrace exit is designed.

Between the bedroom and the kitchen there is an entrance hall in which there is a place for a closet with outerwear. On the right is the bathroom, opposite the bathroom there is a staircase to the second floor. Under the stairs there is the opportunity to arrange a small utility pantry.

Entrance to the house through the vestibule, which allows to reduce heat loss in the cold season. On the right side of the vestibule is the Boiler Room, which provides the opportunity to locate a solid fuel boiler, gas boiler or heat pump.

Replacing traditional heating boilers with a heat pump can reduce energy costs for heating and hot water by 4-5 times.

Foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete, strip. Foundations are designed for homogeneous, non-sagging, non-porous soils with a design soil pressure of 1.2 kg / cm2 and the absence of groundwater. Depth of freezing accepted 1 m.

The construction of foundations must be adjusted according to the results of geological surveys at the construction site.

The design solution is designed for two options.

  • One option is walls made of aerated concrete blocks B 2.5 D400 with a thickness of 375 mm.
  • The second option - the walls - a wooden frame with thermal insulation of mineral wool.

In both versions, wooden floors are provided. Plasterboard partitions with sound insulation from mineral wool plates.

The roof is gable. With a southern orientation on the roof, it is possible to install solar panels. Wooden rafters, roofing - metal tiles. Perhaps the use of bituminous tiles or corrugated asbestos-cement sheets. It is possible to develop an individual design project for facades and interiors.

Individual projects of engineering networks can also be developed: heating, sewage, ventilation and electricity.
