Outbuilding with basement shelter 110 m2

The building consists of a sauna, a hammam, a bathroom with a shower and a relaxation room. The building has a cold storage shed for tools. Under a single roof there is an open terrace with a barbecue oven.

A basement is provided under the building, which, if necessary, can serve as a shelter. For access to the basement and safe exit from the shelter in case of destruction of the structure, two exits are provided. One exit through an attached monolithic concrete staircase is located behind the structure, the second through a hatch in the barn floor. The basement is covered with a monolithic reinforced concrete floor of increased strength.

Due to the fact that this area has very weak soils, namely peat with a high level of groundwater, the foundation was designed from reinforced concrete piles 6.5 m long.
If necessary, the design of the foundation can be altered based on the characteristics of the soils in your area.

The walls of the basement-shelter are monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick reinforced with steel reinforcing cages. The walls of the premises, which are located above the surface of the earth from brick, have a thickness of 380 mm. External wall insulation - modern foam plastic - neopor. Due to the high humidity of the hammam, sauna and bathroom, the use of reinforced concrete slabs is provided as a floor.

There is a large attic above the building. The slope of the roof allows you to install solar panels. Roofing - bituminous tiles.
