A basement of 46 m2 is designed under the house. The ceiling height in the basement is 2.2 m. There are two entrances to the basement, through a pit from the street and from the house.
Ground floor. Entrance to the spacious entrance hall through the vestibule. On the left is a boiler room in which there is enough space for both a gas boiler and shelves for storing things. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a place for a washing machine and a kitchen-dining room with an area of about 16 m2. Opposite the bathroom, a staircase is designed by which you can climb to the second floor or go down to the basement. The ceiling height of the first floor is 2.85 m.
On the second floor, three bedrooms are designed with an area of 7.2 m2, 12.7 m2 and 15.8 m2 and a bathroom. The ceiling height of the second floor is 2.7m. The attic hatch is located in the hallway. The attic is cold. The purpose of the attic is the inspection and ventilation of roof structures.
The foundations and basement walls are monolithic reinforced concrete. Ceilings over the basement, first and second floors are standard reinforced concrete panels. Rafters - wooden, roofing - shingles. The basement is not heated. The ceiling above the basement is insulated with 150mm polystyrene foam. The ceiling above the second floor is insulated with 350 mm thick foam.
The external walls of the house are made of aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick. Exterior finish - front brick. Basement walls are insulated with 100 mm polystyrene foam.
For heating the house and preparing hot water, it is possible to use a gas boiler or electrical appliances. The heating boiler is located in a boiler room with an area of 6.8 m2. From the boiler room there are two ventilation ducts and one smoke duct. If an electric boiler is used for heating or a heat pump, ventilation and smoke ducts can be omitted. There are two ventilation ducts from the basement premises. Also, two ventilation ducts are placed in the wall of the kitchen. From bathrooms of the first and second floors ventilation ducts are also provided.
Additional Information. The most economical device is a heat pump. With its help, you can not only heat the house, but also prepare hot water. Spending 1 kW. electric energy heat pump produces 4 kW. thermal energy. You can read in more detail on our website in the section "Engineering systems".

If necessary, individual projects of engineering sections can be developed: heating and sewage, ventilation and electricity supply projects.
