Project of a house with an attic 100m2 "Bеmbi 4"An excellent project economical and inexpensive in building a house with an attic. The dimensions of the house are 8.6 x 9.68 m. A terrace is attached to the house. The dimensions of the house, taking into account the terrace and porch, are 10.98 x 11.65 m. This project is designed to build a house designed for a family of three to four people.

The first floor consists of the following premises: vestibule, boiler room, hallway, bedroom, kitchen combined with a living room, bathroom and toilet. From the vestibule, an area of 2.4 m2, you can get into the boiler room and hallway. The purpose of the vestibule is to minimize heat loss in the cold season. The compact entrance hall, which provides a place for a closet with outer clothing, has an area of 6 m2. To the right of the entrance is a spacious kitchen. The length of the walls along which kitchen furniture can be arranged reaches 8 m. The kitchen connects to the living room and forms a room of 27.8 m2. At the bottom of the living room is a staircase to the attic. An exit to the terrace of 18 m2 is designed from the living room.

The house has three bedrooms. Two in the attic, and one on the ground floor. The ground floor bedroom is located in the back of the house. The area of this bedroom is 14 m2. Nearby are two bathrooms. One of them is a 3.3m2 bathroom, and a second toilet.
In the attic are designed two bedrooms and a bathroom. The area of each bedroom is 16m2. For economic reasons, a small toilet with an area of 1.4 m2 in which there is a toilet and wash basin is designed in the attic.

The foundation is tape monolithic reinforced concrete. The foundation is designed for subsidence soils. When wet, the bearing capacity of such soil decreases several times. To protect the foundation base from getting wet around the perimeter of the house, it is necessary to perform paving two meters wide. To ensure normal operation of the house, the soil must be protected from soaking, as this affects their physical and mechanical characteristics. It is necessary to carry out a vertical layout of the site. In this case, one should take into account the ways of natural runoff of surface waters. The standard freezing depth is 0.92 m. There are no groundwater.

In order to avoid the danger of settling the foundation, it is necessary to carry out geological surveys before starting construction. And then, based on the results obtained, adjust the existing foundation project.

For a relative mark of 0, the level of the clean floor of the first floor is taken. The floors of the first floor on a monolithic concrete slab 100 mm thick. On top of the concrete slab, waterproofing is arranged on which a heater with a thickness of 150 mm is laid. A reinforced cement-sand screed 70 mm thick is laid on top of the insulation on which the floor covering is laid.

The internal and external and walls of the house are made of aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick. On top of the blocks is a monolithic reinforced concrete belt. Partitions of the ground floor and attic of aerated concrete blocks 100 mm thick.

The overlapping of the first floor of this attic is reinforced concrete panel. In the event that you are building a house on a narrow site, where it is difficult to call a crane, then you can use wooden beams to overlap. For the manufacture of wooden floors, a crane is not needed, the beams can be raised manually.

Wooden rafters, roofing - shingles. If desired, you can replace bituminous tiles with metal tiles or wavy asbestos-cement sheets. In the event that you want to use heavy clay or cement-sand tiles, the rafter system must be adjusted. Increase the cross section of the rafters, put additional racks.

The ceiling above the attic floor and the part of the roof that comes into contact with the living quarters are insulated with mineral wool plates. The thickness of the insulation of the roof and overlap is 350mm. Partitions between the cold attic and the living quarters are insulated with mineral wool of 250 mm.

For heating and hot water, you can use a solid fuel boiler, gas boiler or electrical appliances. Heating devices are located in a boiler room of 6 m2. In the event that a solid fuel boiler or several devices are used for heating, for example a solid fuel boiler and a heat pump, it is necessary to use a heat accumulator with a capacity of 500 to 1000 liters.

Information for consideration. A heat pump is the most economical device both for heating a home and for preparing hot water. Consuming 1 kW. Electric energy A heat pump produces 45 kW of thermal energy. In more detail you can read on our website in the section "Engineering Systems".

Exterior home decoration - decorative plaster with painting. The details of the facades can be lined with decorative panels under the tree. The base is proposed to be faced with frost-resistant tiles for outdoor use or plastered. When applying external wall insulation, it should be borne in mind that the minimum thickness of the insulation is 150

If you need a project of a house with an attic and five bedrooms with an area of 113 m2, pay attention to the Bucha project. This project you can see here

In addition, we can develop individual design project of facades and interiors.

If necessary, individual projects of engineering sections can be developed: heating and sewage, ventilation and power supply projects. Having engineering systems projects you will greatly simplify the construction and reduce the number of alterations.
