The house consists of three bedrooms with an area of 11.5, 14.5 and 16.6 m2. The bedrooms are located separately from the common areas. Next to the bedrooms there are two bathrooms with an area of 4.6 and 3.9 m2. A small sauna is attached to one of the bathrooms.
The entrance to the house is through an unheated vestibule, which provides space for a closet. On the other side of the vestibule of the entrance to the utility room, which serves as a boiler room.
he house has a spacious 5.8 m2 entrance hall with a wardrobe. On the right side there is a kitchen of 8.8 m2. The kitchen is connected to the living room of 24 m2. The living room is designed for the installation of a fireplace. A terrace measuring 3 x 9.4 m is attached to the house. A pitched roof protects the terrace from precipitation.
Before the start of the design, a topographic survey was carried out and geological surveys were carried out. According to their results, it was established that the basis of the foundations is a hard and plastic cavernous sandy loam. The hydrogeological conditions of the site are characterized by the absence of an aquifer up to a depth of 6.0 m. The standard freezing depth is 1.0 m.
On this basis, strip foundations of monolithic concrete were designed. The horizontal waterproofing under the walls and floor is proposed to be made of fused roofing material.
House floor on a concrete base reinforced with steel mesh. The floor of the house should be insulated with extruded polystyrene foam 150 mm thick. On top of the expanded polystyrene, arrange a 50mm thick cement-sand screed reinforced with a mesh. External walls and internal load-bearing wall made of aerated concrete blocks, thickness. 400 mm.
The floors are wooden. Insulate the ceilings with rolled mineral wool 350 mm thick. From the side of the room, lay a layer of vapor barrier made of polyethylene film. Wooden rafters, roofing - bituminous tiles. The use of metal tiles is possible. Provide a distance of at least 380 mm from the inner surface of the fireplace chimney to wooden structures.
The project stipulates that electrical appliances or a heat pump will be used for heating and hot water preparation. The dimensions of the boiler room allow the installation of a solid fuel boiler or a gas boiler. In this case, it will be necessary to provide for the installation of a house and ventilation pipe.
The roof is gable. Roofing shingles. One of the roof slopes is oriented to the south. This makes it possible to install solar panels. Ventilation from the kitchen and bathrooms is natural with the use of ventilation ducts. Water supply of the house from the well. Introduce the water pipe into the house under the foundation, at a depth of at least 1.8 m. Insulate the water inlet into the house with a 100 mm foam layer. Sewerage - with the help of local treatment facilities. Household power supply from external networks.

If necessary, we can develop an individual design project for facades and interiors. In addition, we develop individual projects of engineering systems, namely: heating, sewerage, ventilation and power supply. Such engineering projects significantly reduce the number of rework.
