проектирование одноэтажных домов

Project of a modern one-story house. The width of the house is 10.74 m, length - 16.72 m. The house has a terrace with dimensions of 3 x 10.7 m. The total length of the building including the terrace is 19.87 m. The entrance to the building is from the long side. Entrance through the vestibule, the purpose of which is to keep warm during the cold season. If necessary, it is possible to mount an electrical panel in the vestibule. The layout of the house has a clear division into a sleeping area and a living room, kitchen and terrace area. Living room area 33m2, kitchen area 16 m2. If desired, the kitchen and living room can be combined into a single space. In this case, the kitchen-studio room will have an area of about 40 m2. The living room has an exit to the terrace.

To the left of the vestibule is the sleeping area, which consists of three spacious living rooms, next to which there is a toilet and a bathroom. A boiler room with an area of 11.8 m2 is designed next to the bathrooms. Opposite the front door there is a dressing room with an area of 4.3 m2.

The house has a simple rectangular plan. The project provides that the base of the foundations is fine, low-moisture sand of medium density, with sandy loam layers. The hydrogeological conditions of the site are characterized by the absence of an aquifer up to the explored depth of 6.0 m. 4. However, the construction site is characterized by the presence of a temporary (seasonal) groundwater level of the "top water" type at a depth of about 3.0 m. The standard depth of seasonal freezing of soils is 1.0 m. The foundations are monolithic reinforced concrete, tape. The concreting must be continuous.

Around the perimeter of the house, paving with a width of 1.0 m should be made. The walls of the foundation should be insulated with M35 foam 100mm. The floor of the house on a slab of monolithic concrete B 15 - tvsch.150mm reinforced with mesh of reinforcement. On top of the slab, perform waterproofing from a welded euroruberoid. Insulate the floor of the house with 200 mm expanded polystyrene. Lay the expanded polystyrene in layers of 100 mm. From above, make a cement-sand screed M 150 50 mm reinforced with a masonry mesh 100x100 mm. For a relative mark of 0.000, take the level of the finished floor.

Partitions made of aerated concrete blocks 100 mm thick. Aerated concrete walls 375 x 200 x 600 mm. Cover the outer surface of the walls with 150 mm insulation and decorate with decorative plaster. In order to reduce the penetration of water vapor from inside the premises, cover the inner surface of the walls with a primer and plaster with cement-sand plaster. Before applying the putty, additionally coat the plaster with a primer.

Ceilings - reinforced concrete panels. Insulate the overlap with 350 mm foam. Lay the foam plates on a layer of liquid cement-sand mortar with which to level the floor slabs. Glue the foam plates together. The rafters are wooden, the covering is metal. It is possible to use bituminous tiles or corrugated asbestos-cement sheets. For heating the house and preparing hot water in this project, it is envisaged to use electrical appliances. The dimensions of the boiler room, if necessary, make it possible to use a gas boiler or a solid fuel boiler for heating a house.

Ventilation from the kitchen, boiler room and bathrooms is natural with the use of ventilation ducts.

Water supply of the house from the well. The water pipe should be inserted into the house under the foundation, at a depth of at least 1.8 m. If available, the house can be connected to the existing water supply network.

Sewerage - with the help of local treatment facilities. If there is a centralized sewer network, it is advisable to connect the house to it.

The places of inputs and outputs of engineering communications should be determined according to the location of the house on the personal plot. Household power supply from external networks.

If necessary, we can develop an individual design project for facades and interiors. In addition, we develop individual projects of engineering systems, namely: heating, sewerage, ventilation and power supply. Such engineering projects significantly reduce the number of rework.
