This house project is for those who value rational planning and comfort. The project is an economical, not difficult to build two-story house. The dimensions of the house are 8.9 x 10.36 m. A large terrace 6 x 3 m is attached to the house. The dimensions of the house, including the terrace and porch, are 10.36 x 15 m. This project of a comfortable two-storey house is designed for a family of three to four people.

The first floor consists of the following premises: a vestibule, a small boiler room with an electric boiler, an entrance hall, a bedroom or an office, a kitchen combined with a living room and a bathroom. The tambour is designed to minimize heat loss in the cold season. The hallway, which provides space for a wardrobe with outerwear, has an area of 7.5 m2. To the right of the hallway is the living room, which can be used as a bedroom or study.

The kitchen is combined with the living room and has an area of about 38m2. The living room has an exit to the 18 m2 terrace. The staircase to the second row is in the hallway, next to the bathroom. There is space under the stairs for a washing machine and a cupboard with linen.

The second floor has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have an area of 18.4 m2, one - 12.8 m2. Also on the second floor there is a bathroom of 8 m2 and a utility pantry or dressing room.

An electric boiler is provided for heating the house. It can be located in a 2.9 m2 boiler room. If a gas boiler is used in a boiler room, a window and a ventilation duct must be provided.

The level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken as a relative elevation of 0.000. The foundation is tape monolithic reinforced concrete. The project stipulates that the basis of the strip foundations will be silty sand of medium density, with frequent layers of sandy loam,

low moisture. The hydrogeological conditions of the site are characterized by the absence of an aquifer horizon to a depth of 6.0 m. Negative conditions at the construction site include the possibility of forming a temporary level of groundwater below the soil surface. Standard freezing depth 1.0 m.

Horizontal waterproofing at the level of -0, 220 under the walls and floor should be made of fused euroruberoid. In the case of disclosure at the depth of the foundations of bulk soils, they must be selected and replaced with sand, laid with layer-by-layer compaction. Around the perimeter of the house, make a type of paving with a width of 1.5 m. The design of the foundations must be adjusted according to the results of geological surveys at the construction site.

House floor on a concrete base reinforced with mesh. Insulate the floor of the house with extruded polystyrene foam 150 mm. On top of the expanded polystyrene, arrange a 50mm thick cement-sand screed reinforced with a mesh. External walls and internal load-bearing wall made of D 400 aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick. In order to reduce the penetration of water vapor from the inside of the premises, the inner surface of the external aerated concrete walls should be primed and plastered with cement-sand plaster. Before applying Sandless putty, additionally prime the plaster with a primer.

Partitions from aerated concrete blocks 100 mm. The overlaps of the first floor are reinforced concrete panels.

The floors of the second floor are wooden. Insulate the overlap of the second floor with 350 mm rolled mineral wool. Lay a layer of vapor barrier made of polyethylene film from the side of the room. Connect the edges of the film with construction tape.

The roof is pitched, the rafters are wooden. Fix the rafters with wire twists into the anchors, laid in the seams of the masonry. The rafters are made of pine with a moisture content of no higher than 20%. Treat wooden elements with an antiseptic before use. Wooden elements that collide with concrete and brick structures should be covered with roofing material and antiseptic at the joints. Roofing - metal or bituminous shingles.
