The project of a comfortable house with an area of 137 m2 with three bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. The area of each bedroom is about 14 m2. Kitchen area with living room 38m2. For storage, a dressing room of 6 m2 and a pantry of 5.5 m2 were designed. For heating, it is planned to use a solid fuel boiler, which is located in a boiler room with an area of 12 m2. A spacious terrace measuring 5x5.75m is attached to the house. The dimensions of the house, excluding the terrace and porch, are 12.7x13.1m.
A strip foundation made of monolithic reinforced concrete was designed under the house. Foundations are designed for plastic sandy loam with sand lenses. The floor of the house on a slab of monolithic concrete. To insulate the floors, it is planned to use an effective insulation - expanded polystyrene 200 mm thick.
The thickness of the insulation can significantly reduce heat costs and hide the pipes of the warm floor. The walls of the house are made of aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick with 150 mm insulation.
Overlapping from wooden beams. To insulate the ceiling, it is planned to use rolled mineral wool 350 mm thick. The roof is pitched. Wooden rafters.
