The project of an attic house up to 150 m AlinaThe project of an attic house for a comfortable stay of a family of three to four people. The dimensions of the house, taking into account the terrace, are 12.96 x 9.02 m. The entrance to the house is through the entrance hall, which provides space for a wardrobe for outerwear. From the hallway we can get into the boiler room with an area of 6 m2.

The first floor is divided into two zones. On the left there is a staircase to the attic, a bathroom and a bedroom of 11 m2. From the bedroom there is access to the terrace. On the right side of the house is a living room combined with a kitchen.

The kitchen area has an area of 5.5 m2. The area seems to be not large, but the length of the walls is 6.7 m. This makes it possible to place a full range of kitchen equipment. Dining table for 6-8 people stands separately in front of the window. The area where the dining table and relaxation area with fireplace is located is 33.6 m2. Along with the fireplace there is a place for a large TV. On the contrary, it’s convenient to arrange upholstered furniture. The total area of the kitchen-living room is about 46 m2. From the living room there is access to the terrace. The terrace area is 40 m2. The dimensions of the terrace are 3.1 x 12.96 m, this makes it possible to arrange both a dining table and a rocking chair.

On the attic there are two rather large bedrooms with an area of 21.6 and 16.8 m2. Each bedroom has a separate wardrobe. The large bathroom, located next to the bedrooms, has an area of 10.9 m2. Near the bathroom is an utility pantry.

For heating, it is possible to use a gas boiler or electrical appliances. You can use a heat pump. This will significantly reduce energy costs. It should be borne in mind that by spending 1 kW of electric energy, a heat pump is capable of generating 4-5 kW of thermal energy. In addition, it is fire safe, as it does not have an open flame. As a chimney of the fireplace, which is located in the living room, it is planned to use a stainless steel pipe with a diameter of 200 mm with thermal insulation from mineral wool.

On the second floor, the pipe is installed in a box of drywall. In order to maintain heat, a sealed valve is installed on the pipe. For a fireplace, it is necessary to use a steel or cast iron firebox with glass doors weighing 150-200 kg. The ventilation is natural. From the bathrooms, the kitchen and the boiler room the exhaust is carried out by means of ventilation ducts, the influx of fresh air through the windows. In the absence of a sewage network, it is possible to use local treatment facilities or a septic tank for sewage.

The foundation is tape monolithic reinforced concrete. The project provides that the foundation of the foundations is a homogeneous, non-sagging soil with absent groundwater. The construction of foundations must be adjusted in accordance with the results of geological surveys conducted at the construction site. In the event that the foundations of bulk soils are revealed at a depth of laying, they should be selected and replaced with sand laid with a layer-by-layer seal. Along the perimeter of the house, perform paving with a width of 1.0 meter. In order to prevent subsidence and cracking of the floor from under the house, it is necessary to remove the vegetative layer.

The floor of the first floor is on a concrete base, consisting of a concrete layer with a strength of 150 - 100 mm thick. Surfaced waterproofing is laid on top of the concrete, then a foam layer with a strength of 35 and a thickness of 150 mm, and on top of a cement screed with a strength of 150 and a thickness of 70 mm reinforced with a mesh with a diameter of 4.5 mm with a mesh of 100x100 mm. The walls of the house from aerated concrete blocks D 400 thicknesses. 375 mm. In order to increase the thermal insulation properties of walls, aerated concrete blocks should be laid on a layer of adhesive solution with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Partitions are designed from aerated concrete blocks 100 mm thick.

Overlapping the ground floor reinforced concrete panels. The floors of the second floor are wooden. The ceilings of the second floor and the roof that comes into contact with the premises are insulated with 350 mm mineral wool. A layer of vapor barrier from a plastic film is laid from the side of the room. Rafters wooden, a covering - a metal tile. Perhaps the use of bitumen tiles or corrugated asbestos-cement sheets. The rafters are fixed with twists of wire to anchors laid in the seams under 4 rows of brickwork. Wooden elements are located at a distance of not less than 380 mm from the inner surface of the smoke channel of the fireplace.

Exterior wall decoration plaster. When insulating walls, use insulation with a thickness of 150 mm. If you need a five-bedroom attic house project - these are projects of the Pasha series.

If necessary, we can redo the drawings of the project, namely, to develop individual foundations according to the results of geological surveys, to transfer window and doorways, and more. It is also possible to develop the engineering parts of the project: water supply, sewage, heating, etc. Engineering sections are developed individually at the request of the customer based on local conditions, the adopted heating system and the relief of the site.
