This project is a house in a modern style. This two-storey house with a flat roof involves a family of three or four people. The first floor consists of a vestibule, a boiler room for a gas or electric boiler, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and an office. The living room and kitchen are separated by a non-bearing partition, which, if desired, can be removed. This will provide an opportunity to get a room of about 33 m2. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. Structural design, with a longitudinal bearing wall, greatly simplifies construction. The roof is combined, i.e. A 35cm thick layer of insulation was laid on the reinforced concrete panel on which a cement-sand screed was laid. On the screed which is deposited bitumen-polymer membrane. This solution allows you to reduce the cost of construction. Roofing is easy to operate and durable.

 

Wall materials in this project can be easily changed to ceramic blocks or brick with insulation.
