Two-Story House Project "Kotsiubynske modern"
The modern two-story house project "Kotsiubynske modern" features compact dimensions of 7.6 × 11 m (excluding the porch and terrace) and is perfectly suited for comfortable family living. The house combines a functional layout, a spacious kitchen-living area, a separate guest bedroom, and a large terrace for relaxation.
Key Characteristics:
First Floor Layout
The entrance leads through a warm vestibule (4.2 m²) with space for a built-in wardrobe. Opposite the entrance is a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase leading to the second floor.
To the right is a boiler/laundry room (6.8 m²), designed for a boiler, washing machine, and dryer. Adjacent is a bathroom (3.4 m²) with a shower cabin. At the back of the house, there is a guest bedroom (11.7 m²). The left side is occupied by a spacious kitchen-living room (27.3 m²) with access to an open terrace.
Second Floor Layout
The second floor features two bedrooms: 14.5 m² and 17.4 m². The larger bedroom includes an attached walk-in closet (9.5 m²).
There is also a hall (10.3 m²) that can be used as a home office or lounge area. The second-floor bathroom (8.2 m²) is equipped with a bathtub, shower cabin, toilet, and washbasin.
