One-storey house with four living rooms.
The layout of the house is clear zoning. To the right of the entrance are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. To the left of the entrance are a guest bedroom, a kitchen studio and a boiler room. The boiler room can be accessed directly from the kitchen. The house has two dressing rooms.
In order to save energy, the entrance to the house is provided through the vestibule.
For heating a house, you can use either a gas or solid fuel boiler, or a heat pump.
It should be noted that the heat pump is an alternative to traditional heating boilers. The principle of operation of the heat pump is as follows. The heat pump allows you to transfer thermal energy from a source of low potential thermal energy (eg land) to a consumer with a higher temperature. Using a heat pump, it is possible to reduce the cost of heating and hot water supply by 4-5 times. Moreover, in the summer, the heat pump perfectly replaces the air conditioner.

The external and internal walls of the house are designed from aerated concrete blocks 375 mm thick. On top of the blocks, under the ceiling, is a monolithic reinforced concrete belt.
