Modern five bedroom flat roof house project with terraceThe Lastochka 16 project is a project of a modern two-storey house with a flat roof. The house has four master bedrooms, which are located on the second floor. A small study or guest bedroom is located on the ground floor. There is a bathroom on each floor. The kitchen is combined with the living room. The entrance to the boiler room is provided from the vestibule.

For the house according to the project "Swallow 16", strip foundations of monolithic reinforced concrete were developed. Foundations are designed for homogeneous, non-collapsible soils. It is foreseen that the groundwater is below the base of the foundations. The freezing depth is 1 m. The outer walls are made of aerated concrete blocks 40 cm thick, the inner wall is brick 38 cm thick.

Partitions are made of aerated concrete blocks 10 cm thick. The ceilings above the first and second floors are reinforced concrete panels. The roof is flat.

Insulation of floors - 150 cm. The outer walls are lined with insulation 10 cm. Insulation of the second floor overlap is 35 cm.
