Ready-made house plans by AkvilonPro — filter by area, floors and material

House plan Barbaris from the AkvilonPro catalogue

This is the AkvilonPro house plans catalogue: over 500 designs of our own that you can match to your plot and budget. Every project was created by our architect, not bought elsewhere, and has already been built in Ukraine — you see a construction-proven solution, not an internet picture.

Construction begins with the project, and it determines how the work goes and how the house is commissioned. The full documentation set contains plans of every floor, elevations, sections, details, material specifications and engineering routing. This is the level of detail at which you can already see on paper how the house will behave on the plot.

What sets our ready-made plans apart

The key advantage of our sets is that they are our own designs with detailed specifications, adapted to the materials of local precast-concrete plants. It is the completeness and consistency of the junctions that remove the mass of on-site errors which make open-source generic drawings so often disagree with reality. If needed, we will adapt any project to your wishes: change the layout, add a garage, boiler room or sauna.

How to choose a project in the catalogue

The catalogue is filtered by key parameters — you can find a project in a few clicks:

Ready-made or custom project

A ready-made plan saves both money and time: it is 3–5 times cheaper than a custom one and, if a catalogue option fits, is issued in one day. If there is no ready solution for your plot, we will develop a custom project from scratch. Before meeting the architect, it is worth deciding on the number of storeys, the style and the room mix, so everything is set at the start.

House engineering systems

Any catalogue project can include the design of engineering systems: water supply and sewerage, electrics, heating and ventilation, and the integration of heat pumps and solar panels.
