Can I get the drawings as quickly as possible to e-mail in PDF format?
Yes.To do this, in the order you need to write in a note - "Architecture and constructive in PDF format".
The cost of such a kit is a little more due to the complexity of translating drawings to PDF.
The project in PDF format, if necessary, can be duplicated in paper form and confirmed by a license and an architect certificate.
I own CAD design and want to get the drawings in the .dwg format.
As we are developers, for the corresponding fee, we can provide drawings in the .dwg format.
Having drawings in this format, you can independently make adjustments to the architectural and structural parts of the project.
We want to remind that all our projects are protected by copyright law and one acquired project can be used to build only one house.

Changing finished projects is cheaper than purchasing a project in .dwg format.
The project in the .dwg format is not duplicated in paper form and is not confirmed by the license and the architect's certificate.
- Is an architectural project enough to legitimize construction?
Yes, To obtain a construction passport and permits is enough architectural project.
But we want to note that the architectural design does not include drawings of foundations, floors, roofs and lists of materials
- Are engineering networks included in the standard project?
Not, Engineering networks are developed in each case individually and the cost of these sections is not included in the standard package.
But the project laid the necessary flue and ventilation channels, as well as showing the placement of plumbing risers.
We warn you!!!, Engineering sections performed without your participation are wasted funds.
Because after the construction of the house and the emergence of your specific wishes for the placement and completion of engineering equipment, a typical engineering project should be reworked by 70-90%.

- What are the foundations laid in the model project?
Foundations in finished projects are designed for good, not subsiding and not wet soils.
You can see the approximate bearing capacity of the soil, on which the foundations of a typical project are designed, in the "Parameters" tab of each project.
We strongly recommend that when building your house to perform individual design foundations.
We can do this based on the results of geological surveys at the construction site.
Additionally, you can order an individual design of the foundations for a typical project in the order form.
- I have a geology, can you estimate whether the foundations in a typical project fit my site?
Without designing the foundations on the basis of your geology, it is impossible to determine "by eye" 100% compatibility of the soil conditions and the adopted design decisions. For this you need to perform a design calculation.
We advise in each case to design the foundation individually.
(then we are fully responsible for the compatibility of the foundations with the results of geological surveys).

- Is it possible to make changes to the finished project and how much does it cost?
Yes, Since we are the producers of these projects, you can order any change or adjustment of the project you like.The cost of completion or processing of the project depends on the complexity and amount of work on the project.

- Do you design houses from timber?
Not. We consider wooden log houses as exclusively decorative.
The main disadvantages are:
The need for additional warming.
The complexity of reliable sealing of the joints between the logs (from which in winter in log houses often not very pleasant drafts are felt.)
Drying of structures by 6-10% for the first year (therefore, it is possible to start finishing and installing windows and doors only one year after construction.)
Log walls have a thickness of 16-22 cm. This is not enough for our climate. “R0” of the wooden wall 200mm - 1.27, which is 2.2-4 times lower than the standard.
I have not found a project that is perfect for me, what should I do?

Finished projects are put into operation after 100% prepayment.
Individual or projects with modifications (rework) - with 50% prepayment.
- Does the project include a link to the site, and can it be done later?
YES. The cost of the project includes binding to the site and its subsequent adjustment (if it is suddenly needed).
In order to link to the plot, we need the boundaries of the plot (the reverse side of the act on the ground) and your wishes regarding the location of the house.
You can also purchase a project without reference to the site and receive it later (by email or mail) after discussing the details with the builders or family.
- If after the acquisition of the project, we want to change the binding?
YES. No problem.
Any adjustments to the placement of the house on the master plan of the site in the project we make for FREE.
- If after the acquisition we want to make changes?
It is advisable to do before the acquisition of the project.
But if these wishes have arisen, then we, for an additional fee, will make adjustments to the project documentation or produce a new project according to your comments.

- I want to get a project at home faster, how can this be done?
If the project you want to order is in development or under review and the date of issue in the order form does not suit you.
We can issue the project in parts (approximately):
1. Within 10 working days - the architectural part
2. Within 15 working days - foundations
3. Within 25 working days - the full constructive part of the project.

-Builders are advised to make changes to the design of the house, what should I do?
The advice and recommendations of the builders should be treated with great care.
Very often, these tips arise for such reasons:
1. Increasing the scope of work and, accordingly, the salaries of workers (for example, replacing floor panels with a monolith)
2. Simplification of constructive decisions (if insufficient qualification of workers)
3. It is necessary to hide the flaws made in the early stages.
We recommend that you consult with the architect and the designer for any planned change.
- Is it possible to change the materials of the walls laid in the project of the house during the construction process?
The project is an integrated approach to ensuring the reliability of the structure.
Therefore, any changes, especially on the advice of builders, can be made with great care (and at your own risk).
Usually, it is possible to replace the wall material with a lower bearing capacity (aerated concrete) with a material with a greater bearing capacity (ceramic block, brick) without any special problems.
But, it should also be borne in mind that in the process of such changes you increase the heat loss and weight of the whole house.
We strongly advise to coordinate such changes with the architect and to carry out an individual project of foundations (based on geology).
- What should I do if I or the builders do not understand everything in the project?
As the saying goes - Seven times measure and cut one.
For any questions about the project, you must first contact us in any way convenient for you.

- Why do I need a house project if my builders can build on the picture?

- What to do if the paid project is not delivered?
