Heat accumulators
We select a local heat accumulator or a central heat storage

Each of us thinks about the problem: “how to start saving on heating?”. There are a huge number of energy-saving methods - one of which is the use of heat accumulators, or heat accumulators.
And so: a heat storage device is simply a device that will accumulate “cheap” energy and give out at a time convenient for you, while saving operational costs for heating the room.
According to this, they are also called heat accumulators for heating.
When working with many customers, we always adhere to one algorithm of actions. By analogy with our articles from other sections of our site, we will tell you what you need to understand about choosing, using a heat storage device.
Let's start with the classification.
Let's look at an example of a solid-core heat accumulator. They are characterized by two types of localization:
- Central;
- Local (indoor)
That is, at this stage, we already have a question, which is better to use. To put individually in each room or to put one on the whole house? Here we must proceed from the tasks and additional characteristics.
Therefore, it should be noted that local can be divided into three subgroups:
-
Dynamic;
-
Dynamic with air exchange system;
The devices are equipped with a fan, which is turned on by the command of the room thermostat and starts to pump up the internal temperature, have high heat dissipation, good temperature control, low inertia.
-
Static
Heat production without a fan. Heat transfer occurs by natural convection, as well as direct radiation from the surface of the heat accumulator. They have a lower heat transfer, as well as a level of regulation of the temperature inside the room.
The main advantages of the group include:
- small dimensions;
- there is no need for fuel storage;
- economical to use;
- no maintenance costs;
- installation without preparing the premises;
- silent operation
- do not need additional room for installation;
We will divide the central heat accumulators for heating into 2 subgroups:
- using for liquid systems;
- using for air systems;
They are used to a greater extent for large rooms: gyms, warehouses, industrial premises.
The main advantages of the group include:
- economical to use;
- there is the possibility of sharing with ventilation and air conditioning;
- low inertia
- accumulation of a large amount of heat;
- safe to operate and easy to use;
Attention! The specialists of our company will calculate the power and operating costs, as well as select the heat storage and perform installation to heat your facility.
