Energy Efficiency Section

Examination of project documentation and development of the Energy Efficiency section in accordance with DSTU B A.2.2-8-8.2010

Examination of project documentation and energy efficiency section

Development of the Energy Efficiency Section in accordance with the requirements of DSTU B B.2.2-8 2010- Section '' Energy Efficiency '' as part of the Design Documentation for Construction Facilities.

For all residential and public buildings (both new and during reconstruction or overhaul), an analysis of the design documentation and design decisions for energy-efficient solutions and the use of energy-saving technologies should be carried out. For this, the Energy Efficiency Section is being developed. The need for its development is due to the requirements of DSTU B V.2.2-8: 2010.

When developing this section, it is mandatory to reduce all energy efficiency indicators as a whole throughout the building to general data. Justification of the decisions made and their comparison with the normative values in accordance with applicable standards are also carried out. Analysis of energy-efficient solutions is carried out in all sections of the design documentation located in certain sections (both architectural and engineering)
The development of this section takes place at the final stage of development of design and pre-design documentation before undergoing a town-planning examination.

According to GOST A.2.2-8: 2010:
"4.4. The section" Energy Efficiency "is developed by organizations performing design work with reference to the site on which the construction will take place at the stage of the" Project "or" Working Project "in accordance with the building complexity category in accordance with DBN A.2.2-3. At the request of the design organization or customer, the preparation of the “Energy Efficiency” section may be entrusted to third parties. ”

Energy efficiency is a parameter that is characterized by the ratio of the effect of the use of energy resources to their costs.

Energy efficiency of a building is the ability of a building and its engineering systems to provide the necessary degree of energy consumption to maintain optimal normalized climate parameters of residential and technical premises.

The energy efficiency class of a building is a parameter characterizing the ratio of the energy efficiency level in the normative indicators specified in DBN V.2.2-15: 2019 and DBN V.2.6i31: 2016, the assessment is carried out by the sum of the consumption of all energy resources for heating, hot water supply, cooling and lighting.

To develop this section, we need the following data:

  •     Design assignment
  •     The architectural part of the project with the reference of the house on the ground (including drawings of facades, sections, window and door specifications, insulation units, sections of structures on walls, roof, ceilings, floor)
  •     Explanatory note to the design documentation
  •     Section '' Main technical and economic indicators ''
  •     Section heating and ventilation
  •     Section water supply and sewerage, with solutions for hot water supply
  •     Section power supply and lighting

After receiving all the data, agreeing on the cost of work and signing the contract, we carry out the development of the Energy Efficiency section within 10-20 working days depending on the building.

If you have any questions about energy saving and calculations, you can ask them through the feedback form or by phone: +380503582282 (Viber), +380975153839 (Telegram)
