After a considerable amount of work on energy audit, energy audits, technical diagnostics - we have separated for ourselves such kind of works as diagnostics of engineering systems.
Every facility, regardless of its destination, be it a hospital, a school, an office or an industrial enterprise, all of them have engineering systems:

Having analyzed our statistics from previous energy audits and implemented projects, we can say with certainty that the presented diagnostics (or energy audit of engineering systems) with the subsequent modernization allows to reduce energy consumption from 15% to 55%.
But here, as they say, you need to take and consider each situation separately.
What is the modernization - it seems so clear. There is an analysis of the component system, checking the characteristics, and making recommendations for replacement or upgrading of the system.
And what is diagnostics, and how can it lead to savings?
Diagnostics allows us to monitor and analyze various system parameters:
- temperature
- fluid consumption
- the rate of passage of the coolant
- system clogging;
- humidity and composition of the supplied air;
- power options and many others, depending on the configuration and type of system.
The next step is, as already mentioned, an analysis of all the accumulated data, because there is little to accumulate, they need to be interpreted correctly and to draw the right conclusions.
Based on the data sets we:
- Give specific recommendations to ensure that the actual system performance is consistent with the project (as deviations from design values reduce energy efficiency while increasing the consumption of energy resources to perform useful actions);
- we will conduct a TER (technical and economic calculation) of the proposed recommendations;
- not only provide but also implement energy saving measures previously agreed with the customer;
We also offer the construction of a continuously functioning diagnostics system for the most energy-intensive engineering systems for continuous monitoring of parameters and improvement of energy efficiency indicators.
